What Should I Bring?
You should bring your dog’s food, any special treats, medications if needed, and something from home (sheet or blanket) to help them feel more comfortable. We provide beds, blankets, and bowls.
Are Dogs Crate-Free?
Yes, our facility is crate-free! Dogs enjoy a spacious and safe environment with access to outdoor play areas. This promotes a more relaxed and enjoyable stay for your furry friends. For breaks & bedtime, each pup has their own cubicle with a memory foam bed!
How Are Dogs Supervised?
Our trained staff supervises the dogs at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being. We provide constant love and attention, making sure every dog feels special during their stay.
What Vaccinations Are Required?
For both boarding or daycare, it is mandatory all pups are up to date with their rabies, distemper, & bordetella (kennel cough) Sorry, no exceptions!
Is The Facility Climate Controlled?
Yes. Every room has its own brand-new hot and cold HVAC system. Our entire facility was recently renovated with state-of-the-art equipment to keep dogs comfortable year-round.
What If My Dog Has Anxiety?
Most anxious pups settle in quickly. We spend one-on-one time building trust, easing nerves, and helping them adjust. Even dogs with limited socialization open up fast in our calm, structured environment.
How Do I Know My Dog And I Will Like It?
We start with a meet-and-greet so everyone feels at ease. It lets us gently check temperament, learn your pup's personality and daily habits, make sure they feel safe, and spend time getting to know you both!
